Since its foundation in 1987, WALPURGIS specializes in the creation and development of contemporary music theatre that focuses on the singer as a performer and creative artist.
WALPURGIS creates a place for artistic and cultural diversity: our work is multidisciplinary and many-voiced. We are an open house for singers, actors, musicians and audience with a warm interest in music theatre.
Since 1999, Judith Vindevogel (soprano) is our artistic director.
GC De Kroon
De kroon is one of the twenty-two 'gemeenschapscentra' in Brussels. It is a social and cultural meeting-place that offers a wide range of social and cultural activities such as concerts, festivals, courses for adults and children, exhibitions, performances for children, creative workshops.
